A Bharatiya Knowledge Journal
विकसित भारत पत्रिका
Bharat's indigenous open-access multidisciplinary knowledge journal. Democratizing research publication for scholars, teachers, students, innovators, and every knowledge creator across education, policy, and social development.
Our Mission
Viksit Bharat Journal exists to democratize research publication across Bharat. We believe knowledge created in classrooms, laboratories, villages, startups, and policy chambers deserves a dignified, affordable, and globally visible platform — without the monopoly of expensive international publishers.
Our Vision
To become Bharat's leading indigenous multidisciplinary knowledge journal — representing education, innovation, Indian Knowledge Systems, social development, and public policy with world-class standards and Bharatiya identity.
Publishing Philosophy
Knowledge for Society. Research for Nation Building. We support open academic collaboration, ethical publishing, inclusive access, and affordable article processing — so every knowledge creator can contribute to Viksit Bharat.
Open Access Policy
All articles published in Viksit Bharat Journal are open access under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Readers may freely read, download, copy, distribute, and reuse published work with proper attribution.
Peer Review Process
Manuscripts undergo editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review. Reviewers are selected for subject expertise and ethical conduct. Authors receive constructive feedback and revision opportunities before final acceptance.
Publication Ethics
We adhere to principles of academic integrity: plagiarism screening, authorship transparency, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and ethical treatment of human subjects. Fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism are grounds for rejection.

School students, teachers, university faculty, researchers, business leaders, industrial researchers, policy makers, social workers, independent scholars, think tanks, educational institutions, innovation labs, NGOs, startups, and professionals across every knowledge domain.
